As we all know by now, Michael Jackson passed away...



And most of you know, I'm a singer and Michael had a HUGE impact and influence on me in a much deeper way. He was a free soul, a free spirit. He wrote what he wanted to, openly, discreetly and any way he chose. THAT is what I took from him as an influence and it goes deeper than music. His ability to churn out his spirit within his lyrics. His incomparable ability to make almost anything work in his music. It's the freedom and liberties he had taken with his writing that was a huge influence on me and I am very sad that one of my personal heroes is gone.


His music will live on in the legacy he has left and I am SO grateful the world was able to benefit from his gift which he shared openly with us. I will make sure that my children will know his music because I know they will love it as we all have.

I just want to share my thoughts with SL.

I know we are all saddened by this tragic loss.

I'm very sad about it.
The news of Michael Jackson's sudden passing hit me like a rock.
I feel I've lost a close friend...


For those of you who are tired of hearing about this,simple ignore this note.

For those of you who DO care, who are in one way or another affected by this tragedy i made a little simple tribute to Michael in my office.

Feel free to leave a candle, card, flower, anything to show your sympahties. I'm only asking you to keep this within limits (i.e. no huge poofers, super laggy scripted items etc.). I will return your stuff to you when the funural of the King of Pop is over.

SMH and that song Black Or White gave me Butterflies and made me cry....
